Reverend LaKetia D. Jones is an anointed Woman of God. She is a teacher, speaker,
minister, and author. She has a servant’s heart and has been preaching and teaching the gospel for over 10 years. God has given her the ability to minister a timely, relevant, and seasoned word. God’s Word is the authority and His Spirit is the teacher as Rev. Jones serves as the vessel to deliver the uncompromising Word of God in a manner that will liberate people from the emotional and societal shackles. Rev. Jones is a native of Washington, D.C. She is also a proud United States Army Veteran. She is an overcomer and survivor. Rev. Jones is a firm believer in formal and informal education. She has a Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California and has most recently earned a Master of Divinity from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University. Rev. Jones is a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church (PGBC) in Prince George, Virginia, where she serves as an associate minister and is mentored by her Pastor, Rev. F. Lamont Gooding. She is an active volunteer for the church outreach projects. Rev. Jones is the owner of Purposed Healing, LLC, where she provides empowerment services for individuals and couples dealing with stress, anger, communication, and relationship healing and building. She is a contributing author for the book “She Found Love in a Hopeless Place: An Anthology of Spiritual Journeys”. Rev. LaKetia Jones’ goals are to encourage, equip, enlighten and empower others to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She is the mother of Jasmyn and Tavian and proud grandmother of Little Miss Je’Rae.
